Yesterday it was UN international day of Happiness and today it’s international sleep day. There’s a reason they put those two days so close together.. Today we should focus on the importance of our nightrest. As you know I told you in a previous post I have an allergy for house dust mites. You can read about it here. You may have heard about those little basterds that live in your house. Although these eight-legged creatures don’t bite, they can get you out of your sleep. 90% of all house dust mites live in your mattress and pillow.
